Pumpkin Chili Recipe

What You’ll Need
1 tsp oil (olive, ghee, tallow)
2 chopped bell peppers
1 chopped onion (optional)
1 peeled and chopped zucchini
2lbs grass fed stew meat
3-4 chopped tomato (or 1 can diced or fire roasted tomatoes
1 can organic tomato paste
1 can organic pumpkin puree
1 can organic black beans (optional)
24oz bone broth (see recipe)
2.5 tsp oregano
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
Simple Directions
Saute vegetables for 5-10 minutes then add stew meat (cut into 1/2 inch or smaller cubes). Add seasonings and cover and stir. Once meat is browned add in canned items and broth. Rinse black beans before adding to chili. Bring to a boil and then simmer until meat and vegetables are cooked.
