Meet the Team

Dr. Denton is a native to the Frankfort area. She returned to area following the completion of her undergraduate studies from Augustana College and then graduate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Upon graduation, Dr. Denton opened Be Well Chiropractic in 2010. Over the past decade and a half, she has completed various post graduate classes for prenatal, maternal, and multiple upper cervical techniques. She is Webster certified for pregnancy care and trained for infant care through International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, ICPA.  Recently she has completed the beginnings of the Blair Method of upper cervical techniques.

A lifelong endurance athlete, Dr. Denton was a collegiate athlete competing in Cross Country and Track.  Following college, she competed numerous marathons and half marathons, culminating with the 2010 Boston Marathon.  She remains active to this day by training for and competing in running races and triathlons.

Dr. Denton is passionate about providing the most specific care for each patient in the least amount of visits, at an affordable cost, and with the greatest benefit of correction. The founding mission of Be Well is to decrease/eliminate pain, restore health, and teach habits to cultivate health for life.

Kirsten has been Be Well’s office manager since August of 2020 and has been a patient since December of 2011. After working for 19 years as a dental assistant, she sought relief from constant back pain that was interfering with her sleep and hurting her overall quality of life. After 9 years of experiencing tremendous improvements under Chiropractic care, she joined our team and is passionate about helping others in their journey to a pain free life. Kirsten is a lifelong Frankfort resident who loves to spend time with her 2 dogs, husband, and travel in her free time.

Atlas (AKA Little Dog) has been a blessing in our lives, as well as the lives of countless patients.  As our designated door greeter, he comes to work each day with a smile on his face and is ready to play with and comfort all patients.  He has received “employee of the month” every month for the past 8 years.
