Been a patient of Dr. Anna for 4 years
Heard about Be Well doing research of the best Chiropractors in my area on the internet. Dr. Anna was one of the first ones that came up.
What was your quality of life like before seeking chiropractic care?
I moved to the Frankfort area 5 years ago and was very active working on home repairs. I had constant pain in my lower back for almost a year until I found Dr. Anna.
There was a period of time when I could barely move. This was difficult for me because I want to stay active with house projects and playing in my golf league. Overall, my quality of life was low due to consistent back pain.
What solutions did you try before coming in?
Typically, when I would have flair ups, I would just take pain meds and put some Icy Hot on my back. This did not work very well for me. It was not a cure for the consistent pain I was experiencing. I knew this was not sustainable for my quality of life.
How has chiropractic care helped your health and changed your quality of life?
Dr. Anna has changed my mindset overall with Wellness! Not only has she stopped the pain but has helped me be more mindful of my body and how to take care of it. I used to be very stubborn when it came to pain.
Now, when I feel something misaligned with my back or movements, I set up an appointment and get adjusted.
Daily activities are easier and pain free. As for golf, this has been a game changer for me! I have played for over 20 years and love playing! I know I can play carefree now without worrying about constant pain.
What do you love the most about Be Well, Dr. Anna, and the staff?
Everyone at Be Well are amazing people. Dr. Anna is a miracle worker and was so patient with me. Kirsten is an angel. I love to see her smiling face when I come into the office. And of course, Atlas, is the sweetest little puppy.
Overall, it is a very relaxing and comfortable vibe at the office. They are efficient and professional in all areas of Chiropractic Care.
