Garlic Ginger Flank Steak

We made this recipe the other night and it was a HUGE hit!  Preparation was easy, we allowed it to marinate all day on a busy Saturday afternoon, and it took less than fifteen minutes to cook!  We recommend pairing it with a mix of sautéed broccoli, red peppers, and carrots!

What Do You Need?

1 LB Flank Steak

Marinade

1/4 cup Coconut Aminos

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar

2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar

2 TSP Minced Garlic

1 Inch Ginger Grated

1 TSP Black Pepper

1 TSP Onion Powder

1 TSP Salt

1/4 TSP Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions:

Put all marinade ingredients into a bowl and allow meat to marinade for 4-8 hours.

Cook in cast iron pan to preference.  (We cooked it for approximately 5 minutes and it was medium to medium-well)

Serve with mixed vegetables!
