Dr. Anna’s Banana Blueberry Pancakes Recipe

What you need:

4 Blueberry pancakes on a white plate sitting on a white and grey granite counter top

The family will love this pancake recipe!

1 Banana

4 Eggs

3 TBSP Coconut Flour

1 TSP Vanilla extract

A dash of salt

1/2-1 Cup Blueberries

Combine banana, eggs, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon into bowl and stir.  When you reach the desired consistency add in blueberries and continue to fold them in without smashing the berries.

Cook in pan with coconut oil

Makes 5 pancakes
