In an Instant Pot on “Saute”” combine:

1 tbs olive oil

1 onion, chopped

5-7 stalks of celery, chopped

4-5 large cloves of garlic, minced

5-7 carrots, chopped

1 can or 3 fresh diced tomatoes

2 lbs of grass-fed 93% beef

2 large tbl basil

2 large tbl oregano

1 tbl sea salt

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

*Stir and cook all ingredients above until beef is slightly pink then add:

1 cup organic dry northern beans

1/2 cup organic dry kidney beans

1 can of tomato paste

48 oz bone broth (here is our recipe)

4-5 stalks of kale, chopped finely

 

Set instant pot on manual pressure for 75 minutes, and let it depressurize on its own.

Makes 6-8 bowls.  Enjoy!
