Apple ginger pork sirloin
2lbs pork tenderloin or pork sirloin roasts (we order from butcher box)
2 peeled and chopped carrots
2 fuji apples peeled and chopped
1/4 cup maple syrup or local honey
1.5 tbl ground ginger or 1 inch grated ginger root
1 tbl ground cinnamon
1/4 coconut aminos
2/3 cup water or broth of choice
Sea salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a crock pot w olive oil/ghee/coconut oil at 6-7 hours, shred and serve with rice and broccoli.
