Not only are the majority of store bought dressings highly processed, they contain seed oils, add sugar, corn syrup, MSG, chemicals, and additives that over power your taste buds. These ingredients slow your weightless efforts as well as “clog” efficient metabolism; making it harder to stay healthy and reach your goals.
Ingredients Needed:
- Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother, ACV)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (look for olive oil is glass containers, single country sourced; Italy or Greece)
- Organic Balsamic Vinegar (without coloring or dye)
- Local unpasteurized honey (70% of store bought honey has unlabeled added corn syrup)
- Local pure maple syrup
- Various seasonings (parsley, basil, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper)
Oil and Vinegar Dressing:
- 1/2 ACV
- 1/2 olive oil
- 1tbl honey or syrup
- 1tsp sea salt
Honey Mustard:
- 1/2 ACV
- 1/2 olive oil
- 2-3 tbl dijon mustard
- 1tbl honey or syrup
- 1tsp sea salt
- 1tsp onion powder
Balsamic Vinegar:
- 1/2 ACV
- 1/2 olive oil
- 2-3 tbl balsamic vinegar
- 1tbl honey or syrup
- 1tsp sea salt
